Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we do. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

(Please note, due to Covid shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)

 

Question: Where do I enter promo codes?

Answer: Promo codes can be entered at checkout.

 

Question: How long is order processing time?

Answer: Processing time is 1-2 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

 

 Question: Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Answer:  It depend on where your order is in processing. Please contact hello@reelretroboutique.com or use the Contact Us page as soon as possible.  



Question: May I cancel my order?

Answer: If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service email: hello@ reelretroboutique.com with your order #, for assistance. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions. 

 Question: What is your refund policy?

Answer: At this time, all sale are final. However, please reach out to us via email at hello@reelretroboutique.com so that we can make it right. 

 

 Question: When are the out of stock products restocking?

Answer: We restock items regularly. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce our restock dates via our Instagram account, @ReelRetroBoutique.
